14-Day Returns

We accept eligible returns requested within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, an item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Start a Return

Email shop@freerangeapparelco.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Refunds

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review the issue and make it right.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Final-sale items, gift cards, personalized or custom-made products, and opened personal-care or fragrance products cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, worn jewelry and hair accessories may not be eligible for return.
